- 1 cup heavy creamÂ
- ¾ cup unsweetened almond milkÂ
- ¼ cup powdered erythritol (or preferred keto sweetener)Â
- 1 tsp vanilla extractÂ
- Pinch of saltÂ
Instructions:Â
- Mix:Â
In a bowl or measuring cup, whisk all ingredients together until smooth and sweetener is fully dissolved.Â
- Churn:Â
Pour directly into your Whynter ICM-080 and churn for 30–40 minutes, or until thick and creamy.Â
- Serve or freeze:Â
