How do I join the program?
It’s free and easy! Simply, create an account by clicking the Whynter Rewards launcher icon on ShopWhynter.com. Once you’re logged in, you’ll automatically start earning points for eligible actions — no separate sign-up required.
How can I earn points?
You can earn points through several actions:
Shopping: Earn 10 points for every $1 spent on ShopWhynter.com*.
Product Registration: Earn 100 points when you register your Whynter product.
Verified Shop Whynter Review: Earn 2,500 points ($25 value) after posting a verified review and uploading a screenshot through our registration form.
Social Sharing: Earn 2,500 points when you share a verified Whynter post on Instagram, TikTok, or Reddit.
Referred a Friend: Copy your personal referral link and share it by email, text, or social media.

How do I redeem my points?
You can redeem points for discounts at checkout on ShopWhynter.com.
Typical reward options include:
500 points = $5 off
1,000 points = $10 off

Where can I see my points balance?
After logging into your Shop Whynter account, click the Rewards icon. You’ll see your points balance, your earning activity, and any rewards ready to redeem.
How are points issued?
Some points are added to your account automatically. For example, points earned from making purchases on ShopWhynter.com appear shortly after your order processes. Points earned from verified actions take more time. Actions like product registration, sharing on social media, referrals, or submitting proof of a verified review are reviewed by our team and may take five to seven business days to appear.
How do I earn for posting a verified review?
Choose either 2,500 points for posting a verified review on ShopWhynter.com OR a $25 Cash Coupon for leaving a verified review on your favorite Whynter authorized retailer’s website (such as Amazon, Home Depot, etc.).
Do my points ever expire?
Currently, points do not expire in general, but we may introduce expiration periods in the future to keep the program fresh. Any changes will be announced in advance.
Can I earn points for purchases made on Amazon or other retail websites?
No, only purchases made through ShopWhynter.com qualify for Whynter Rewards Points. However, you can still receive Whynter Rewards Points for purchases made through Amazon, Home Depot, Best Buy, or other retailers by registering your Whynter product. You can also redeem a $25 Cash Coupon for leaving a verified review on your favorite Whynter authorized retailer’s website through our Rewards page.
How do I upload proof for a review or social post?
Visit the Product Registration page and upload a clear screenshot showing:
- Your name or username
- Your review or social post
- The retailer’s review site or social media platform
Our team will verify your submission and manually award your points
Can I combine multiple rewards or use them with other discounts?
You can use one Whynter Rewards discount per order. Reward codes cannot be combined with other promotions, coupons, or bundle discounts.
What happens if I return an item I earned points for?
If you return an item, the points you earned from that purchase will be automatically deducted from your account once the refund is processed.
What if I return the product after leaving a review?
Rewards are only issued for verified reviews of products that are kept. If the product is returned or refunded, the review no longer qualifies for a reward. Any pending rewards tied to that review will be cancelled.
I referred a friend, but I didn’t get my points. What should I do?
Referrals are tracked automatically by our system. Your friend must make a first-time purchase using your referral link for points to be awarded. If you still don’t see the points, please contact our support team at support@whynter.com for review.
Can I transfer my points to someone else?
No, points are linked to your customer account and cannot be transferred or shared between accounts.
Who should I contact if I have issues with my points or rewards?
If you believe your points haven’t been added or your reward isn’t showing, please reach out to our support team at support@whynter.com. Include your order number and any relevant screenshots to help us verify your request quickly.
Can I earn both points and a cash coupon for the same review?
No. Each verified review qualifies for one reward only. You may choose either points or a cash coupon, but not both.
When will I receive my cash coupon (e-gift card)?
Electronic gift cards are issued within 6-8 weeks after your verified review proof is approved.

Participation in the Program is subject to these terms and any applicable policies that Whynter may amend or update at any time without prior notice. Points have no cash value and may only be redeemed for eligible purchases made directly through ShopWhynter.com.
Whynter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, its features, or any participant’s account at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to suspected misuse, fraud, or technical errors. Points, rewards, and promotional offers may change or expire without notice.
