Tart Frozen Yogurt

Ingredients:
  • 1 quart full-fat plain yogurt (Use plain whole-milk yogurt for the creamiest texture—or make your own with our Homemade Yogurt Recipe!)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:
  1. Mix the Base
    In a mixing bowl, stir together the yogurt, sugar, and salt until the sugar is completely dissolved and the mixture is smooth.
  2. Freeze
    Pour the mixture into your Whynter ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  3. Serve or Ripen
    Enjoy right away for a soft, tangy treat, or transfer to an airtight container and freeze for 1–2 hours to firm up for scooping.
